This lot is 110' wide and originally, 45' deep until the backyard was extended another 45 feet to allow for a putting green and much more expansive area for plantings, giving the lot much greater depth. The previous owners had not fenced the entire property, thus losing alot of valuable land that is now recaptured and which increases the value and enjoyment of the property.
