This vacation residence is on a 100' x 100' lot and is very low maintenance with no pool, no lawn to maintain. There is a redwood spa off the rear wooden deck which leads down to the bbq cooking area and the main level of the crushed granite garden path which allows the owners to stroll among their native plantings.
