 Small lot can have privacy issues with neighboring second floor windows and rooftops. Some clients want to basically create an entire hardscape patio surface to create more flexibility in their  outdoor furniture arrangements. there is a middle way however, the hardscape and softscape must be balanced for the area to have an inviting and peaceful feeling.
