This small backyard had mostly poor looking bermuda grass lawn without an irrigation system. So instead of having to rip up the entire lawn in order to install underground sprinkler lines, we created a garden without lawn, added soil for berms and contouring to give character and inteest, plus a sitting area under an existing nicely positioned shade tree.
