Small lots in a builder subdivision can often have unimaginable front yards, but here we created a courtyard, sitting area featuring a bronze statue fountain which was of such refined taste that we featured it so as to be very visible to the neighborhood and cars driving by this corner lot. Backyard has an interactive "splash pad" where the kids play on a surface that has vertical jets of water coming on at random intervals as an alternative to a swimming pool.
