This yard is on an unusual lot with 30' to the rear lot line and very wide. It has pool, spa, bbq island that is sunken below patio level for a swim up bar, sports court, fireplace, putting green and herb garden. This plan was prepared for a homeowner that intended to manage all the contractors and build it himself. He knew he needed a good plan and this one works very well for his uniquely shaped lot.
