This client wanted to extend their backyard behind their pool to gain more room, so we built a 100 foot long retaining wall 4 feet high so the existing elevation of the pool matched the extension. We then created a separate stepped down seating area for the fireplace so as to not block the view. We matched the existing slate so well, you cannot tell where the rear wall used to be
