This lot has a detached garage and guesthouse which created a private, secluded courtyard, so we installed a wall fountain and fireplace against opposite walls along with cobblestone pavers giving it a European feeling. In the rear, I designed a pool, separate fireplace area, bbq island, and of course a lawn for the little kids and pets.
